Licensed (LPC or LCSW) Outpatient Mental Health Therapist - Somerset: $1,500 SIGN ON BONUS

***$1,500 Sign On Bonus***

Fifty percent of this bonus ($750.00) will be paid on the next regularly scheduled pay date after you start employment with us. The remaining fifty percent, ($750.00), will be paid on the next regularly scheduled pay date after you have been employed for 90 days.  The signing bonus is taxable, and all regular payroll taxes will be withheld. In the event that you leave FBR/AERI within 6 months of your date of hire, you will be responsible for reimbursing the company for the entire signing bonus. 

FBR is currently seeking Licensed (LPC & LCSW) Outpatient Therapists to work 24 + Hours per week in our Somerset Office.

JOB PURPOSE: This position is responsible for the provision of individual and family therapy sessions for consumers assigned to each caseload. This position also ensures completion of required clinical documentation related to individual caseloads in a timely manner. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Demonstrates proficiency with assessment skills 

Developments individualized treatment plans 

Provision of therapy to consumers in individually recommended setting 

Provision of treatment of the whole person 

Evaluates individualized consumer-drive treatment plan reviews 

Develops transition and discharge planning 

Completes all required clinical documentation 

Responds to emergency/crisis situations with team members and consumers 

Maintains assigned, planned schedule 

Maintains a commitment to professional development 

Adheres to professional and ethical interaction policies and procedures 

Supports on-going and future business needs 

Required Skills 

Physical Requirements: Employee must be able to read, write and speak fluent English Employee must be able to gain access to all AGENCY facilities with reasonable accommodation if required. Employee must be able to gain access to client''s place of treatment whether it is the client's home, school or community. Employee must be able to interact with clients as specifically noted in their individual treatment plans. While performing specific interventions, employee may be required to sit, stand, bend, kneel, crawl, run and if applicable, sit on floor and rise to standing positions. Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds. Must be able to use physical prompting, if authorized or in an emergency, to prevent injury to the client or another as a result of the clients behavior. 

Mental Requirements: Must be able to react quickly to prevent client injury or injury to another due to client''s behavior. Must be able to deliver and perform interventions noted in the individual client treatment plans. Must remain focused while intervening with clients and must be capable of detecting warning signs and intervene accordingly to prevent any unusual incidents. Must use awareness of cultural values and biases to work effectively with people of diverse cultural backgrounds. Must be able to perform services in an unbiased manner and be accepting of differences of parent/guardian rearing, home conditions, and appearances unless they directly affect the outcome of goals established for the individual''s treatment plan. 

Required Experience 

QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar human services field 

Professional licensure required (LPC or LCSW) 

Credentialing with regional insurance companies preferred for outpatient opportunities .
