Director of Behavior Analysis Somerset, Bedford, Franklin and Fulton counties

This is a Full-time position! Monday through Friday; daylight & after school/early evening hours may vary. Travel between appointment sites or other locations –3-4 days per week as necessary.

The Director of Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is responsible for reviewing  and guiding treatment by supporting clinicians with the development of treatment plans, monitoring progress on goals, intervening directly with a consumer, and developing programs, as appropriate. The Director of Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is responsible for oversight of all ABA services within the counties of Somerset, Bedford, Franklin and Fulton. 


  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, special education, or related field.
  • Must have active BCBA certification in addition to other certifications/license as required by individual states to practice as a BCBA
  • Must have completed BCBA supervisory coursework or successfully complete the BCBA Supervisory Coursework within 90 days of hire


The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

  • Leads and directs individualized treatment
  • Provides treatment of the whole person
  • Consults with all members of the treatment team to ensure plan participation
  • Monitors individualized consumer-driven data to address consumer needs
  • Supervises response to emergency/crisis situations with team members and consumers
  • Provides consultation and supervision services to improve understanding and application of  Applied Behavior Analysis        
  • Participates in required meetings, evaluations, supervision and trainings        
  • Completes audits on all required clinical documentation as deemed necessary
  • Maintains assigned, planned schedule        
  • Maintains a commitment to professional development       
  • Adheres to professional and ethical interaction policies and procedures        
  • Supports on-going and future business needs
