Marketing Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant

This position is based in Ross Township, PA.


The Marketing Coordinator/Administrative Assistant will maintain an active social media presence by crafting new material along with managing the company intranet and website. The individual in this position will also act as receptionist and complete daily administrative tasks.


Job Duties:

  • Inventory/order office supplies for Service Center
  • Orders from WB Mason - miscellaneous supplies for offices
  • Log checks on a daily basis and deposit them weekly
  • Order marketing materials and distribute to offices as needed (when/if requests come in)
  • Maintain our social media presence
  • Maintain our intranet and company website

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Marketing coursework or equivalent experience preferred
  • Administrative experience
