At Family Behavioral Resources, we work in local schools, homes, and communities servicing children with diagnosed behavioral and mental health disorders.  We also provide Outpatient Mental Health Therapy in numerous locations throughout the state of PA and in Ohio. Our mission is to empower people to improve their lives by providing the highest quality behavioral health care.

The Family Service Coordinator  is responsible for the strategic management of daily operations of assigned program.  This position acts as a liaison and resource to all internal and external business partners and is responsible for onboarding and effectively managing appropriate staffing requirements of all programs and service lines.   This position provides direct billable services, as needed, to ensure coverage and required expectations are met.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and leverages staff to support the demands of all programs and service lines 
  • Ensures program compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations 
  • Manages review and approval of all required operational documentation
  • Provides direct billable services to ensure coverage and program expectations are met
  • Supports program leadership
  • Maintains an environment of on-going collaboration across assigned programs
  • Supports the Family Behavioral Resources brand strategy
  • Maintains a commitment to professional development
  • Adheres to professional and ethical interaction policies and procedures
  • Supports on-going and future business needs


Education: 
High School Diploma or equivalent required.   Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Counseling, Criminology, Education, Psychology, Sociology. Social Work, or other related field preferred.

Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service position; experience supporting individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges preferred

Travel:

Up to 25% of travel between locations – as need requires


Position details:  Full-time; Monday - Friday - 40 hours a week
