Clinical Supervisor (AAW)

This position will support our AAW Program for Pittsburgh, Butler, and Ebensburg areas. 

Masters degree and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience is MANDATORY!!! 

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of clinical quality of services provided. This position provides direct billable services and acts as a specialized clinician, providing training and supervision, clinical consultation and collaboration, assessment and assistance, and clinical guidance and mentoring.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR BHRS CLINICAL SUPERVISOR:

  • Provides direction, administration, and supervision of all aspects of services provided
  • Ensures provision of highest clinical quality service for all consumers
  • Follows all established personnel policies and procedures
  • Maintains an environment of on-going collaboration across all programs
  • Maintains clinical training and development for all staff
  • Provides on-going clinical support to all members of the clinical team
  • Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and regulations
  • Ensures adequate supervision to ensure clinical efficacy
  • Maintains a commitment to professional development
  • Adheres to professional and ethical interaction policies and procedures
  • Supports on-going and future business needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education or related field
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience; at least 3 years of experience in the mental health field
