Campus Recruiter 

The opportunity: 

Provides leadership for college relations activities, develop and maintain relationships at targeted colleges/universities, and partner with Clinical/Clinical Operations regarding hiring clinical interns and new graduates. 

This role will be 100% remote from home, but we prefer residency in the state of Pennsylvania. 

·   Develop and execute campus recruiting strategy for full-time and internship positions that is measurable and repeatable and will enhance the company's brand and reputation.

·   Lead recruiting team in the execution of campus recruiting strategy, providing guidance and best practice suggestions.

·   In partnership with Clinical/Clinical Operations , coordinate all activities regarding clinical interns (i.e., gather school internship agreements, schedule interviews, extend offers, etc.).

·   Maintain and report applicable metrics for campus programs, gathering data from the recruiting team, including number of applicants, number of offers, etc.

·   Direct, coordinate and attend on-campus activities including career events, company presentations, on-campus interviews and other activities as needed at assigned colleges/universities.

·   Manage the full cycle recruiting process including, but not limited to, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, and extending offers at assigned colleges/universities.

·   Establish and maintain relationships with key campus stakeholders including students, career services and faculty that will help build brand awareness for CIS subsidiaries.

·   Communicate company values, culture, work environment, benefits and other areas of interest to prospective candidates.

·   Perform other duties as required.

  • Partner with businesses to drive recruitment strategy for clinical interns and entry level hiring needs

What you need to succeed:

Bachelors degree. 3 years campus recruiting experience preferably for healthcare related positions.

This role will travel as needed throughout the year, especially peak campus seasons required. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Excel and Access. Experience using applicant tracking systems. Experience utilizing social media in recruiting efforts. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience developing and executing recruitment strategies. Working knowledge of state and federal employment/labor laws and practices. Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license.
