Behavioral Therapist: This Behavioral Therapist is responsible for providing one-on-one or small group to consumers in the home, school, or community setting when, without treatment, behaviors may require a more restrictive setting.

This Behavioral Therapist role is a full time position with full benefits!!  These candidates will be servicing the East Allegheny School District during day time hours. 

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS AND FUNCTIONS:

Provides assistance in implementation a behavioral intervention plan

Provides assistance to parents or other responsible adults

Demonstrates understanding in appropriate implementation of evidence-based assessments

Demonstrates a strong knowledge of research and evidence-based practices

Utilizes relevant data to identify effective treatment interventions

Provides treatment of the whole person

Supervises response to emergency/crisis situations with team members and consumers

Participates in required meetings, evaluations, supervision and training

Completes all required clinical documentation

              

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

 EDUCATION  

Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, or similar human services field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

 EXPERIENCE

At least 1 year of experience in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis preferred. 

 TRAVEL

Up to 100% of travel between appointment sites or other locations – as outlined in program requirements
