***$2,500 SIGN ON BONUS – INDIANA/ ARMSTRONG COUNTY (For BSL, LSW, LPC LCSW licensed applicants if hired between 1/16/18 - 1/30/18)***

(Fifty percent of this bonus will be paid on the next regularly scheduled pay date after you start employment with us. The remaining fifty percent, will be paid on the next regularly scheduled pay date after you have been employed for 90 days.  The signing bonus is taxable, and all regular payroll taxes will be withheld. In the event that you leave FBR/AERI within 6 months of your date of hire, you will be responsible for reimbursing the company for the entire signing bonus.)

We are currently offering a $2,500 sign on bonus for licensed Behavior Specialist Consultants (must have a BSL, LSW, LPC or LCSW) if hired between 1/16/18 - 1/30/18 to work 24 hours plus per week in Indiana/ Armstrong County, PA.

 (*daylight & after school/early evening hours may vary based on assigned consumers)

 JOB PURPOSE: The Licensed Behavior Specialist Consultant is responsible for providing direct and indirect behavioral intervention and consultation for consumers, family members, and other stakeholders. This position is responsible for guiding treatment by developing a treatment plan, monitoring progress on goals, intervening directly with a consumer, and developing programs, as appropriate.


  • Leads and directs individualized treatment
  • Provides treatment of the whole person
  • Consults with all members of the treatment team to ensure plan participation
  • Monitors individualized consumer-drive data to address consumer needs
  • Supervises response to emergency/crisis situations with team members and consumers
  • Participates in required meetings, evaluations, supervision and trainings
  • Completes all required clinical documentation
  • Maintains assigned, planned schedule
  • Maintains a commitment to professional development
  • Adheres to professional and ethical interaction policies and procedures
  • Supports on-going and future business needs


  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, or similar human services field
  • Professional licensure required (BSL, LSW or other mental health license)
  • At least 1 year of experience in either a CASSP service system or employed by a licensed mental health services agency or subcontracted agency.
