Family Behavioral Resources - Office Manager

At Family Behavioral Resources, we work in local schools, homes, and communities servicing children with diagnosed behavioral and mental health disorders.  We also provide Outpatient Mental Health Therapy in numerous locations throughout the state of PA and in Ohio. Our mission is to empower people to improve their lives by providing the highest quality behavioral health care.

Position details:  Full-time; Monday - Friday - typical working hours will be 8:00am-5:00pm; hours may vary due to closing of the office - some nights until 7:00pm  -  Travel to Monroeville is required every other month.

The office assistant may be required to travel up to 25% of travel between locations – as need required


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting a similarly sized office, and/or at least 1 year of experience in a customer service position

Duties:  The Office Manager is responsible for providing direct oversight of office location operations and for ensuring their assigned office location functions effectively.  Working collaboratively with the Clinical Supervisor, this position is responsible for managing expenses, employee productivity, coordinating payroll, and onboarding and the management of the timely and effective staffing of all programs and service lines.

  • Coordinates and leverages staff to support the demands of all programs and service lines
  • Ensures program compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Manages review and approval of all required operational documentation
  • Supports program leadership
  • Maintains an environment of on-going collaboration across assigned programs
  • Supports the Family Behavioral Resources brand strategy
  • Maintains a commitment to professional development
  • Adheres to professional and ethical interaction policies and procedures
  • Supports on-going and future business needs
