At Family Behavioral Resources, we work in local schools, homes, and communities servicing children with diagnosed behavioral and mental health disorders. We also provide Outpatient Mental Health Therapy in numerous locations throughout the state of PA and in Ohio. Our mission is to empower people to improve their lives by providing the highest quality behavioral health care.

 

Position details: Full-time or Part-time position - Monday through Friday; 100% Outpatient services, not evenings, no weekends required.  Telepsychiatry opportunities available for the right candidate.  Candidate will work one on one with both children and adults.  Candidate will be able to cover multiple areas.

Requirements:

  • ·        Medical degree from an accredited college or university
  • ·        3 year resident in Psychiatry required
  • ·        Valid PA medical license

Duties:  The Psychiatrist is responsible for diagnosing consumer needs, overseeing the development and implementation of consumer treatment plans, and prescribing and monitoring medications.

  • Ensures provision of highest clinical quality services for all consumers
  • Collaborates with entire Psychiatric team and program staff
  • Ensures compliance with regulations and requirements
  • Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Maintains assigned, planned schedule
  • Maintains a commitment to professional development
  • Adheres to professional and ethical interaction policies and procedures
  • Supports on-going and future business needs
  • Practitioner level opportunities in community based clinics dedicated to providing 100% outpatient services.
  • Intake and ongoing patient counseling provided by professional mental health clinicians before you ever see a patient.
