Family Behavioral Resources – Clinical Supervisor - Franklin/Fulton, PA


At Family Behavioral Resources, we work in local schools, homes, and communities servicing children with diagnosed behavioral and mental health disorders.  We also provide Outpatient Mental Health Therapy in numerous locations throughout the state of PA and in Ohio. Our mission is to empower people to improve their lives by providing the highest quality behavioral health care.


Position details: Full-time position; Monday through Friday. Hours are daylight & after school/early evening although hours may vary based on assigned consumers. This position requires local travel.


This position will support our Franklin and Fulton offices.


We offer billable and non-billable rates for services!


Requirements

  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or similar mental health field
  • Professional licensure required (Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor)
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience; at least 3 years of experience in the mental health field

Duties:  The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of clinical quality of services provided. This position provides direct billable services and acts as a specialized clinician, providing training and supervision, clinical consultation and collaboration, assessment and assistance, and clinical guidance and mentoring.

  •         Provides direction, administration, and supervision of all aspects of services provided
  •         Ensures provision of highest clinical quality service for all consumers
  •         Follows all established personnel policies and procedures
  •         Maintains an environment of on-going collaboration across all programs
  •         Maintains clinical training and development for all staff
  •         Provides on-going clinical support to all members of the clinical team
  •         Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and regulations
  •         Ensures adequate supervision to ensure clinical efficacy
  •         Maintains a commitment to professional development
  •         Adheres to professional and ethical interaction policies and procedures
  •         Supports on-going and future business needs
