Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Supervisor

The FCT Supervisor is responsible for training, development, referral generation, and supervision of FCT Clinicians.

       Develop and train FCT Clinicians

       Become certified as a FCT supervisor within 6 months of hire

       Plan, organize and direct a wide range of training activities

       Assure the application of the FCT model

       Supervise staff to ensure FCT compliance and fidelity to the model. Identify and address new hires and tenured staff that are out of compliance with training time-line and develop plan to address and correct

       Review indicators of FCT training work closely with staff to ensure compliance

       Facilitate team meetings to staff cases, provide trainings, review compliance and overall support clinical services

       Participate in internal and external audits

       Maintain and increase collateral contacts to ensure ongoing referrals

       Participate in Community meetings as needed and identified by the Regional Director

       Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time based upon the demands and requirements set forth by Access Family Services, Inc.


Able to complete the FCT Certification, by the wheels of change©, but currently certified candidates desired. Master's degree from an institution of higher learning accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education in a field of health, behavioral health, rehabilitation, human services, human development, education, social sciences, criminal justice, or related discipline. Must have Full or Provisional licence.
